If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from buying this commission.1. No Association:
_{The seller is the creator and administrator of the Server but doesn't participate in or endorse any discussions or activities in the server. They have no responsibility for the actions or behavior of server members.}2. No Liability:
_{The seller is not liable for any damages arising from the client's use of the Server, including data loss or business interruption.}3. Maintenance and Continued Management:
_{Ownership of the server is transferred to the client upon payment. The seller provides maintenance and management services for a week, after which they are no longer responsible unless a separate agreement is made for additional compensation.}4. Termination:
_{The seller can terminate or suspend access to the Server at their discretion, before the sale is finalized, without notice.}5. Payment and Refunds:
_{a. Payment: At least 50% of the commission fee must be paid upfront before work begins.
b. Refunds: Payments for completed services are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be possible based on work completed.
c. Scope of Work: The scope of work is defined in a separate agreement, with any changes requiring additional negotiation.
d. Completion of Services: The seller will make efforts to complete work within an agreed-upon timeframe but is not liable for delays beyond their control. Clients will be informed of possible delays.}
